Return Policy: 

Due to the personal nature of soaps, bath, and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at desertsolsoapery@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your claim. Approved claims will be resolved on a case-by-case basis and may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been used, opened, or purchased due to personal scent preference.
