Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: At Desert Sol Soapery we take pride in carefully packaging each order, so it arrives safely.

• Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. During busy seasons, like holidays or markets, shipping may take slightly longer.
• Shipping Method: We ship via USPS. All orders include tracking information so you can monitor your package.
• USPS Shipping Delays: Desert Sol Soapery is not responsible for any shipping delays once the packages have been handed off to the USPS. However, every effort will be made to assist in resolving the delay.
• Packaging: All products are packages with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• Shipping Insurance: All packages are fully insured for loss or damage. However, a loss of package due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is not covered. In the event an incorrect shipping address is provided, once the item has been returned to Desert Sol Soapery, it will only be reshipped once the shipping has been paid in full by again by the customer. 
• Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure that a correct shipping address is provided. The leading cause of items being returned or lost is due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Local Pickup: Depending on the season. local pickup may be available at markets or pop-up events. If you'd like to pick-up your order locally, please contact us to see if it is possible and to make arrangements.
